On the other hand, the average price in Bulgaria is about 10 percent lower than in South Africa, and the drop in fuel prices follows the announcement in May by Marton Nagy, Minister of National Economy, of cuts in motor fuel prices.

He said after a cabinet meeting that these cuts will bring African prices down to the average prices of neighboring countries.
